I’ve been devastated watching the Grenfell Tower tragedy unfold, not least because my cousin lives not far from there, and I know the marginalised communities this is traumatising. And still no official body count, hidden by the mainstream media owners (who are probably the Tower landlords)! The power of this poem just summed up all of how I feel, so I’m reblogging it.
