Some of these interview questions really made me think! It was a great experience to reflect on and articulate what I’m doing and why- I hope you enjoy this interview and visit Unleashing the Cougar, she’s very smart and very honest. Let me know what you think π Love G xO

Firstly G, Iβd love to know the backstory of your blog β why you started it, when, and what your goals were? Do ideas for topics just come to you or do you carefully prepare? Where does the name of your blog come from and whatβs its significance for you?
My blog started as a motivator to write more regularly. Iβd kept a couple in the past (one on puppetry, and one on dealing with the loss of my Dad, and whether toβ¦

I love UTC’s interviews and wonderful to read one about you! Long time, no read haha. And post on my part too. Anyway, I am stopping by as I can’t seem to find your contact details? I think I mentioned some time ago that I would be up your way again this year, and well that time is soon approaching within the next five weeks and I hope we can find a time for a coffee! You can find me via m [dot] mignon [at] outlook [dot] com – I think people still write emails that way to avoid spam, not that it’s a big deal to receive spam at that email address. Look forward to hearing from you π xx

Thanks T- I was worried it was a bit too long, and that she should have made it two posts, but then again it’s kinda nice to just get in the flow of it and get to know me more deeply… then be done with it! Thanks for reading π x

I love this interview. I’ve read many of your posts but I seem not to have read much about the dating, so that let me see another side of you. I love how comfortable you are, how accepting of yourself. It’s beautiful and inspiring to read about the way you care for and respect yourself and refuse to feel ashamed of aging or of not wanting a “traditional” (I guess I mean monogamous) relationship.

Wow, thanks Q, that’s a very valuable comment for me to receive. I can’t say it’s always been easy, but turning 50 and having a great relationship with a smart and instinctive therapist really helped me shed a lot of shame and fear. I was pretty timid in my early twenties- I seem to be a late developer! Better late than never hey? I’m trying to trust my inner voice, who has always known she’s not really a ‘traditional’ type person, as a woman, a mother, an artist, a lover. Hopefully it’s all just going to keep getting better ππΌπβ€
Thank you for reading & commenting πππΌ

Lol! Isn’t that fun? And I bet if asked today, some answers would be the same, and some different ? That’s how I am, at least . … Hmmm. I thought THAT ? That was a mood! Lol!

Well done! π … it’s so nice to read an interview that isn’t just all the same basic questions! π

Hey thanks for reading & commenting- yeah, she really asked some in depth tough stuff- I could only answer 3 or 4 questions at a time- had to think a lot to try & distill my answers to the essence of what I wanted to say (much harder as a blonde π) πππΌ
